Creed III : A Reel Mamas Chicago MUST SEE
Adonis Creed must face his past to navigate his present and move into a future already hard earned. In Creed III the title character confronts changes through addressing loss, imposter syndrome and regret. No worries this is a happy ending movie where we see Creed ultimately strengthen his relationships amidst every turmoil faced.
There are many reasons I would recommend this film. In Creed III the audience is able to witness a series of beautiful father-daughter moments displayed in this film. The representation of Black and Latino people is dignified and admirable–a standard Hollywood does not yet have. And the quality of the overall story is exactly why seeing moving pictures on the big screen can be thrilling.
With this film being lead actor, Michael B. Jordan’s directorial debut it was a shock to see how well crafted it is. Has Jordan been secretly practicing his directing skills, and this is just the first time for the greater public to see? Whatever the reason audiences are sure to be left feeling satisfied and delighted with the film. Kudos to the entire production crew and pre-production and post-production teams. Surely a film is not only a manifestation of the director alone but an entire team however, rookie director Jordan’s debut is quite the audience pleaser.
